Dr, What's the flat white with thin red circle over it below junction of tongue & throat region. Few months back, I was diagnosed with distal esophagitis

You seem to be looking at whitish debris over tonsils which is not really abnormal. This condition is known as keratosis pharyngeus. Commonly occurs secondary to reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. Treatment of reflux is usually sufficient
