Usually in most of the wounds , the tissue reaction will be there for several weeks . If you don't have pain, redness or swelling of the respective region, there is not much need to worry.

If it's a tendon repair , it's better not to move the limb for 6 weeks to allow it to heal

This problem is due to local infection. Wash the affected area with antiseptic solution and apply antiseptic cream locally on affected area. Advised to take antibiotics capsule.
