Flight travel - 12 weeks of pregnancy

Hello, My wife is currently 12 weeks of pregnent and returning to India from abroad and she has to be in flight for total 10 hrs (6hrs flight---> 2.5 hrs break----> again 4 hrs flight) while returning to India. Is it safe to travel for 12 weeks of pregnent in flight for such a long period? Do you suggest any precautions to her during long time in flight? Thank you Regards Santhosh

No problem because it is break journey.Before starting she should take duovadilon tablet 2days before and 2 days after the journey altogether 5days.
