Floating spots

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I have been having strained eyes symptoms(3 weeks) & floting spots(3-4 days) for a while now. Was recovering from a flu, then UTI and now recovering from a sinus. Eye doctor has checked and all seems normal. Are the floating spots and strained eyes all connected to sinus and flu after effects? Please advise. Currently using Acular LS

Eye strain and heaviness is common with sinus problem though floaters seem unrelated. You can use antiallergic tablets (Montair-LC) at night time and olopatadine eye drops three times a day.
