For cavities,  they can be filled easily. For uneven teeth,  we will have to check if they can be treated by orthodontic treatment or some other option.

when did you noticed this problem first, are all the teeth have brownish discoloration if yes than it may be because of excess fluoride . you should visit a dentist for its sollution
