Better you go for a zirconia cap with 15years warranty and which would be having a pleasant shade like a natural teeth..

Fluorosis would present it self from the time permanent tooth erupted. If it is fluorosis, based on degree of severity, various treatment options are available. In mild cases, bleaching /teeth whitening would be helpful. In severe cases, veneers is a good option. But if you have seen the color recently, it could be stains, that only requires professional cleaning/scaling.

Tooth whitening will reduce the  colour but it would be better if u get composite filling done for the same.  Still if your flourosis colour is too dark u can go for veneers.
