Fluctuating moods
I am a 3rd yr medical student. N I have been having frequent bouts of not-so-happy emotions just take over me for no apparent reason. Initially they would be occasionally once a few months or so but in the past few months almost everyday is a struggle to stay positive. I m easily irritable and extremely moody. M distracted, disinterested and detached from everything I do. My lack of focus and low productivity is bothering me. M not particularly unhappy, everything around me is fine. Nor am i stressed about studies. Its just m restless and a little low most of the times. All of my hormone tests have come back normal. What do I do to feel better?
