Fluroride toothpaste
Which is the best toothpaste for fluroride which contains more fluoride...???i have filled 2 cavity and don't want another filling in my life..can you give me some tips..and suggest a good toothpaste for me which contains fluoride more than normal toothpaste..

There is no specific toothpaste as such.I can suggest you certain preventive measures which you have to follow.They are as follows
1.Brush your teeth twice daily
2.Use Interdental brush or proxa brush.Use this brush to prevent accumulation of food in between two teeth.Use this brush after having food on between two teeth
3.Consult with Dentist after every 6 months to rule out any findings and get treated at the earliest.
