My penis foreskin is not covered my entire head of penis. The head of penis is always exposed near about 1-1.5cm whether it has erection or not. It is not covered entire penis like other uncircumcised penis. It doesnt trouble me anyways. This is state of my penis from many years. But I've read about paraphimosis recently and I'm afraid that is iam suffering from paraphimosis?? And what is circumcision surgery ?Is it required? Please reply Thanks.

Hi Circumcision is a removal of foreskin which covers the glans penis. When this foreskin unable to go back or retract it causes pain and hurt the penis. This condition is called phimosis. It needs surgical removal. If your foreskin freely moves to and fro then no problem.
