Folic acid 5mg or 1mg for pregnancy
Hi all, shall I take folic acid (Flovite) 5mg or 1mg (macfolate)? I have low level of b12, hence I was taking macfolate which has b12 (methylcobalamin-1500mcg) and B6 (pyridoxal 5 phosphate - 0.5mg) along with folic acid (L-methyl Folate - 1mg) Please suggest if 1mg is enough for pregnancy/conceiving?
