Folic acid consumption
Hi Doctor, I am trying to get conceived/pregnant. Some of my friends are telling me to consume folic acid tablets for getting pregnant. Is it advisable to consume it without prescription. Can you please suggest what type of tablets need to be consumed (any specific tablet/medicine name) I got married last year, all my periods are regular 29-30 days cycle. We are almost trying for 2-3 months.
