My doctor prescribed me folic acid tablet can I take fol123 or r.b tone or dexorange syrup kindly tell me whenever I take folic acid I have problem of constipation is it safe to take

Continue folic acid,it doesn't cause constipation, for constipation follow healthy lifestyle take healthy balanced diet green vegetables salads and avoid oily spicy and sugery food drink adequate water Avoid stress

Good evening.. All are almost similar , every syrup has folic acid .. u can take Syp smuth 15 ml bedtime daily to prevent constipation and eat high fibre diet . Drink plenty of water. I don’t know y only folic acid for u , it depends on the probelm u have for which doctor advised. so if ur taking for iron improvement (haemoglobin) then u can take Tab. Livogen daily once before food.
