Hi I am trying to conceive since 4 months. Till now no luck.
Just wanted to know if folic acid tablet will impact on this. Heard from relatives that I should start taking folic acid 5 mg while trying to conceive

Yes u start
Its to prevent brain defects in the baby
And doesn't help in conceiving
Keep relations 2-3 times a week and more in fertile period
If no success do some basic blood tests including tsh and pelvic sonography and husband semen analysis
