Follicular studies detail. Conception!

Hello My doctor adviced me to undergo follicular studies since im trying to conceive. Im married for 2 yrs. We have been TTC since 2 months but with no luck. Recently on day 10 of my follicular scan, the impression was polycystic ovaries. I was shocked because my periods were regular & i didnt have any symptoms of PCOS. My right ovary measured 3.7X2.2X2.6 cm. Left ovary measured 3.5X1.6X2.7 cm. Both ovaries are enlarged in size & show multiple peripherally located small cysts. No dominant follicles found. No free fluid seen in pouch of douglas. Stromal echotexture is raised & endometrial thickness is 4mm. I'm taking multivitamin supplements but now im worried. Im taking eltroxin for thyroid. Please look into the details and let me know the chances of my conception
