Most probably you are having PCOS . Such people usually have delayed or no ovulation. Kindly recheck your scan after 3 days if still no growth this month won't work. Don't get disheartened you will conceive with proper planning. We can discuss it in detail

I think you are having problem of PCOS.Meet to gynaecologist and get done all basic investigation needed for fertility.Husband semen analysis is also compulsory.If all is normal start treatment.

This means that your this cycle is wasted . As your egg is not formed and thickness is also poor. U need proper ovulation induction. Further detail consult online.
