My wife follicular study done by doctor 2nd time in two month and this time no follicular where found but doctor find some fluids in overies. Can someone please suggest and guide

Get thyroid test done empty stomach tomorrow morning
Take PCOD diet
Take bittergourd and amla and jamuns daily
Take plenty of onions and garlic and tomatoes
Take 1 spoons methi seeds soak up in water over night and take next morning
Take turmeric milk
Avoid non-veg and stress
Take fish and egg white
Brisk walking three times a week for 20 minutes
Next Steps
Reduce 5-10 percent of weight in 3-6 months will cure pCOD in 75 percent of cases
