Folliculitis decalvans
I have folliculitis decalvans, i took isotretinoin 40 mg for 6 months. But when i stopped taking the medicine the condition relapsed but its less aggressive than before. I use antidandruff shampoo and sometimes i use topical antibiotics. What should i do to control the condition? Would i be antibiotic bacteria resistant if i use topical antibiotics frequently? Note/ its been 6 months since i stopped taking the medicine
