Follicutilus
My left testicle has small opening that does not shed blood and do not pain but is red in color and foul smell discharge is always persent near the area. Is it a follicutilus or something more serious?

I can understand your concern.
If you has attached a picture we could have been in a better position to comment on it. Anyways, folliculitis is the infection of the hair follicle.
You can apply t-bact ointment over it and consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
