Following Ipill
Took Ipill on 4th Feb. Had bleeding as from 9th with a lot of bloating on and off. Took a pregnancy test on 10th- negative. Passed out a v shaped tissue day before. Now bleeding appeared to be stopped. But still passing out red pearls while going to pee. Could I have had a miscarriage? Or is it an infection? Or am i pregnant?

From your description, it seems that you didn't miss your period and therefore it is unlikely that you had a miscarriage.
Please do a repeat pregnancy test.
If you have infection your bleeding might continue with or without associated fever.
