Food for protein in urine
I am 80 year old male. suffering from prostate problem and diabetis. I feel my self very weak. Planning to eat some cottage cheese for that. Bur protein was traced in my urine test. can I eat a little amount of cottage cheese say about 50 -75 gm once a day for weakness. or alternate day.

Can take cottage cheese in moderation as long as renal functions are normal and good sugar control is observed and Have a test for renal function done. Also have urine examination for infection
