Food in windpipe
I always have a feeling that food goes through my wind pipe..and i suffer from discomfort.. i have a burning sensation in my wind pipe after food. will this lead to aspiration pneumonia.. how do i deal with this problem.kindly help me out

Seems you are suffering from GERD.  You can consult a chest physician for treatment.
