I have a problem since 3days for not clear stool problem and for this a pain came from belly to backside. Its like food poison. Which medicine help to cure my food poison problem?

There are many medicines like aloe soc...nux vom..bryonia...pulsatilla etc but before prescribing i need more details from patient.
