Hello...... 10 times is not neglijable, you have to go to hospital.. Severe vomiting causes eletrolyte imbalance, dehydration, .. Fluid restoring is initial management then you can diagnose later.. You have pain don't take too many pain killers.. Consult general physician immediately.
