Food related problem
Hello! I have this weird feeling when i eat certain food like eggs, coffee, pork, beef and fat part of fish. First i will feel tightening of my muscles and heavy feeling on my head, after a few min sometimes hours, my left knees will be swolen and other joints, in some cases the crown of my head. And i will also get this feeling of being irratable sometimes depressed feeling for the next couple of days after i eat the food mentioned above.

hello, the food that  doesn't suit you don't take those, there are lot of things around you to eat, veg n non veg.slowly try again if you r fond of those if suits take again. Consult a gastroenterologist if required. Ok.

See it may be due to u r allergic to them...but in that case u will have some rash on ur body....as u r not complaning that...i m precribing some medicine to u have these medicine half hr before and then eat that food u will find relief....

1. Hingvashtaka + pippali mula 5 tsp hingbashtaka and 2 tsp pilpali mula mix both and have 1 tsp before ur meals... 2. Bruhat haridrakhanda 1 tsp three times a day with milk... 3. Avippatikar churna 1 tsp before meal....

As per details digestive system is not in normalcy... so the above stuffs are triggering the already running pathology..
