Food timings
I have gastritis issue.Iam not on any medication.I have indigestion,acidity.I eat breakfast at 11am everyday because I have to do house cleaning and after pooja,will eat breakfast.Is it fine if I eat breakfast at 11.how many hours gap i should give for lunch

You have to take food in frequent intervals. You can take little amount but in frequent intervals.  Try to take proper breakfast.

See to it that u have meal at regular timings. .if u have breakfast at 11am..but have some milk or a fruit at 8am..better to have lunch after 4hrs...

It's better to have some snacks around  8 am Take small portion meal 4-5 times a day Drink plenty of water Avoid spicy food and beverages Avoid late night food
