Foods during pregnancy
Hi.. I'm 31 weeks pregnant.. I had grilled lamb yesterday... I felt that was not completely cooked so I left half of it.. N now I'm scared for consuming half of it.. Is there something to worry.. I'm do scared.. I never had undercooked meat.. Now after consuming that I'm so scared.. I don't have any food poisoning symptom yet.. Please tell me if it's fine? As I try to Google it shows that will cause brain damage to the baby n so in.. Please help

If that meat is infected then it may cause problems ...Otherwise it's OK. Always in Pregnancy you should consume more of fresh vegetables and fruit Drink plenty of water . Breathing exercises. Walk for half an hour. Avoid outside food  and spicy stuff. Here after have only home made fresh food since you're already in the final trimester.
