Foot corn or wart

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My left foot's middle toe has stinging pain when touched. It is swollen and a little reddish. The skin has become hard and the swollen region has a small circular hole (covered by skin) in the centre. I have treated it as a corn and have used 8 corn caps on it. This issue is ongoing since last two months.
