You have mosaic plantar warts. Start taking immuno modulators like levamisole 150 mg wkly and oral zinc supplements daily. Soak ur feet in lukewarm saline water for 10mints scrub d effected parts n apply salicylic acid lactic acid combination lotion. U can also go for cryotherapy
