Foot pain after walking or standing
I've been getting foot pain (sole and especially around my heel) after walking or standing for too long. It's an ache which feels like my feet are extremely sore. It gets fine after resting them. What is it and what can I do to reduce it?

Might be plantar fasciitis.

Take basic pain medicines for 3-5 days. Use soft sole footwear. Avoid slippers. Do gastrocnemius (calf muscle) stretches.
