Dear Doctor,
I have started morning walk since 15 days,
Since i have gained weight and increase in my tummy size.
In though of reducing weight in early course of time i started walking 10 km in a day .
Now from past 2 days i feel slight pain while walking or standing on my left foot.
Please confirm what can i do to get relief from this pain n can i continue walking.

Reduce your walking distance
Change your shoes, take a soft sole and comfortable sports shoes
Do stretching exercises from toe to hip before starting walk
Take adequate protein immediately after your walk and stay hydrated all time
Protein won't make you fat..
