Experiencing pain in feet whenever I walk since a year. The more I walk or the faster I walk, more is the pain. Even a short distance walk is painful. There is no injury in the feet, no Vitamin D deficiency as per report. It is happening for a quiet long time. Please advise.

you can do cold water immersion .deep ypur feet into cold water for a while .
next you can do cold and hot water deeping .first 5 minute deep your feet into cold water and after that deep your feet into hot water.
this will give you relief .
