Foot Skin Infection, Allergy

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have recently went for Trekking and after return I could see some change in my foot. I have no idea why foot skin is not healthy at present. Don't know whether it's allergy or infection or what else . Previously it was so healthy so smooth but right now I am afraid . Please advise accordingly.
