hi foot skin rashes are one type of skin allergies, esp they are more of fungal type, many times it is due to excess sweat in foot and between toes. this rash is not contagious, but the pain and itching would be more in some and the skin bewteen the toes crack resluting in bleeding. it can be completely cured through homoeopathy.
