Foot/Toe Pain

I am having foot pain that has lasted for a few weeks. I recently started college with lots of walking as I am on a large campus. The pain is in the base of my big toe. If I put pressure on the side of my foot near my big toe it hurts. It also hurts if I go on my tip toes.

It can be due tendenitis. Better give your foot some rest. Eat calcium rich food like milk and dry fruits. Take medication for this problem also to get better.
