Football injury
Hi there, I have been playing football on and off well over 10 years now. But over the past couple of years I have been feeling that my joints are loose at times... Especially. My left ankle right knee. Not only while playing football but also for regular activities like walking getting up etcetera. Due to a lot of other extern reasons like work, bad diet and lifestyle habits, I feel things got escalated but have been back on track for the past four months but this joints issue still persists. Could someone suggest a better way forward? Thanks
