Due to Anxiety/Depression during Covid shown to vaid jee who given pudia of mixture of Ashwagandha, Brahmi & avipattikar churna for morning in empty stomach & during sleep time in night with Milk. Also given Haritaki vati 2 times after meal. Also prescribed daily 3-4 km morning walk & eat 1 kg fruits in morning as first diet. & Prescribed Agnitundi vadi in case of extreme Anxiety. Fe eling improvement but last 2-3 days in winter after morning walk start from 5.30 am & after some times of eating of friuts ,some time feels slightly halka pain in left side of chest for around 20-30 seconds. Also taking Betacap TR20 for BP & Taking garlic with honey & warm water immediately after wake up. Gastric problem jyada ho gayi hai. Is current treatment is ok. Saraswatarishta bhi le raha hu apni taraf se, khana khane baad.

Walking is good but slow down your speed. Take brahmi wati 2 tab in morning & 1/2 teaspoon jatamasi churna (soaked in water for 6 hours) before bedtime.
