Are there any conflicts between her parents which she is subconsciously registering and is expressing in her own way . Anxiety about parents is also reflected as this kind of behavior . So give her experience of a loving family

Does not look to be a problem. Be calm and patient with your child,  explaining who the person is will help. When possible take her with her friends and let her socialize.

Stranger anxiety is normal development and it may be extended due to lockdown as she is not come in contact with others. Gradually she will not doing that as she comes in contact with others.
