After having intercourse some white tissue type thing comes in urine ..is that sperm ? Will it effect me in conceiving ? Is that normal or something to worry about? I went for urinate after 2 hours after intercourse

Do not worry It's common for some semen to come out after intercourse Only one sperm is needed for pregnancy Coitus should be done around ovulation
