FOR PROPER TREATMENT AND OPINION
TH PATIENT HAD A PROBLEM OF RIGHT SHOULDER JOINT PAIN FOR LAST 2YRS.HE HAD TREATED THE PAIN CONSERVATIVELY.BUT FOR LAST 4DAYS HE HAD TREMENDOUS PAIN AND MOVEMENT WAS RESTRICTED.HIS ABDUCTION IS 20 DEGREE.THEN HE HAD DONE MRI OF RIGHT SHOULDER AND IT IS RULED OUT OF 1)ADHESIVE CAPSULITIS 2) SUPRASPINATUS TENDINITIS.NOW HE IS TAKING CHYMORAL AP TABLET FOR PAIN. SO PLS ADVICE THE RIGHT TREATMENT NEEDED TO CURE THE DISEASES AND PAIN.ALSO ADVICE PHYSIOTHERAPY IF NEEDED.THANK YOU

Consult shoulder specialist. It may be impingement or calcification tendinitis. Needs further assessment in person. Physio or injection in subacromial space might help. Opinion given by Shoulder and Elbow Consultant Dr Sivaraman B Chennai

Dear Sir, MRI are not done only to rule out something, but to find the cause of pain. Adehesive capsulitis and cuff tear can be found on clinical exam, You should consult and discuss in detail, moreover his abduction restriction signifies something is wrong.
