For treatment of Hypothyroidism
I have been suffering from serious hairfall for past 1 year. I consulted a doctor and got 3 tests done, TSH (7.2), Vitamin B12 (132) and Vitamin D (5.37), all of which are abnormal. Please suggest me some diagnosis.

Please repeat the tests after 12 hours fasting and do it at an NABL accredited laboratory(Thyrocare has lost all credibility with the medical fraternity due to rampant malpractices!) The report MUST have the NABL logo on the letterhead. This logo is like the ISI mark for laboratory tests created by the Government of India. Jaago graahak jaago!

Reports suggest that you are low on both the vitamins and your TSH is high..U have to consult an endocrinologist at the earliest so that your treatment can be started.
