U take Ashwagandha rasayan two tsf twice a day followed by a cup of warm milk.it has good nutritive effect.
Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengram sprouts everyday to maintain ur energy levels.
Substitute millets for rice/ wheat for a prolong nourishment.
Walk,yoga,exercise for an hour everyday to keep urself fit and fine.
