My 7 year son has worm in stomach which medicine should I give and what should be the dosage and in which frequency

All children should be dewormed every 6 months. Albendazole one tablet can be chewed or syrup 10 ml given once. ( For pinworms repeat in 2 weeks)

Worms in stool present or not? Need to be clarified.....

you can give zentel syp 10ml at bedtime and repeat dose after 2wks, if worms seen in stool...
