Fore skin of my penis has swelling
Fore skin of my penis has swelling. In day time I didn't feel any pain and itching. But when I am going to sleep in night I am feeling pain and sometimes itching also. Due to that I am unable to sleep in night. Please suggest me what should I do now.

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment. If not treated it may cause permanent damage to the foreskins and circumscission may be required.
