This happened about 3 yrs ago while playing soccer at a futsal pitch. Opponent had kicked the ball to my face and i suspected that the small black beads has entered my left eye. There was a tear at first and I had to put on sunglasses for a week to prevent direct exposure to sunlight and lights. I just applied eyedrops for one week and it became better. Recently, on and off, I will have migranes and blurred vision of the left eye and at times it pains when I wake up lying on the left side.

The football injury related complaint got better with drops and other care you have taken. It is possible that the present complaint is remotely related to injury. If eye is red and watering it is necessary to treat eye. But your headaches as you say is migranous. Blurred vision is due to migrain needs treatment. Please send photograph of both eyes.
