Foremilk hindmilk imbalance
My baby is 2 months old. I am having oversupply of breast milk because of which baby is getting only foremilk. How can I overcome this?

Breast feed from one side at a time and for at least 20 mints . Baby will get hind milk also. If the baby is not getting diarrhea and consistently gaining weight, then nothing to worry.

Give milk from one breast at one time and then the offer the other breast for next feed

Hi. Remove excess milk in one breast and make her feed and on the other breast, feed as usual.
