Foreskin break on penis
While passing urine I am trying to move foreskin on penis at that time i am feeling my skin was tight. Because of this while doing sex with my partner my foreskin on penis is breaking and feeling pain. May I know why my skin was tight and what I have to do for this.

Tightness of the foreskin can be there from childhood or occur after an infection or poor hygiene that causes the skin to become tight and inflexible. You need to see a urologist who will examine you and discuss the best options to treat it. The commonest treatment is a circumcision which removes the foreskin. You may wish to speak to your doctor about the advantages and disadvantages of the procedure.
