Foreskin doesn't slip down
I'm 30yrs old and my foreskin doesn't slip down over penis head (always been like this). Upon erection, tip of glans is visible over foreskin. There is no pain at any time. I see that a) too narrow opening in skin to slip down over penis b) fused to penis head with a very thin tissue. So question is 1) Can I hv sex using condom? Will it pain? 2) Do i have other options apart from circumcision? 3) What doctor to consult...urologist?

If there is no pain you can do intercourse. Should undergo circumcision
