Forget things frequently ,unknown fear
Since a year My mother suffering from frequent memory loss , I mean she forgets small small things very quickly like salt in dishes , road address asking same questions repeatedly, day ,date and what food she had some hours before. Now this situation getting worse as she is not able to come Out of small mood offs and loosing herself in the same old  problems.. now she her behaviour changing rapidly since last two days she thinks my father want to kill her ..this is a sudden change... a deep depression She knows only telugu and oriya.
