I am 28 year old male. Since last 7-8 month I am not able to remember even small basic things. Sometimes in between the talks I forgot what other person has said 5 minute before. Also I am not able to comprehend what other person is saying. My listening skills also become very poor nowadays. Yoga also not working out. Please help.
