I am 26 year male. These days, i have been forgetting things very frequently.. like, i forgot to collect cash balance from retailer shop (now a days this things are happening very often).. when i talk to someone, suddenly i cant recall what was i going to tell.. and many more silly things i always forget.. and one more thing, i can't stop over thinking about little little things of daily life.. i dont know, how to stop all these, i want to relax myself, but i cant..

Overthinking about one incident often leads to forgetfullness in other areas because our mind space is ocuupied somewhere else. It would be good if you could free yourself and practise mindfulness to improve concentration
